One of five villas on a private estate, it sits within its own landscaped Mediterranean-style gardens looking out to the Aegean Sea. Guests have priority use of a helipad, tennis and basketball courts and a gym, all within the complex and used by only one other property.
Some of the rooms have lounge areas, and some can be connected making them perfectly suitable for families. The rooms on the first floor have balconies with sea or mountain views, and those on the lower ground floor have outdoor terraces. The interiors feature white marble floors, white walls, modern furniture and accents of blue. There’s a spacious lounge, with great sea views, a cinema room and two kitchens.

A shaded marble dining table for 22 is just next to a high-tech outdoor kitchen with a pizza oven, grill and barbecue. Central to the terrace is a 30m infinity pool with outdoor showers and loos. The sun loungers are huge and inviting. There are also two outdoor bars. There are many sandy beaches on Paros, the closest being at Ambelas where there are also a few tavernas.
A 10-15 minute walk leads to the quiet, unspoiled beaches of Aspros Gremos and Ziadis, perfect for peaceful days by the sea. For a more lively experience, the organised Aspro Beach, with its popular seaside restaurants, Aspro and Blue Oyster, is nearby. The villa is also just a short drive from the vibrant harbour town of Naoussa, where you can explore bustling tavernas, boutiques, and nightlife before retreating to the peaceful surroundings of Ampelas.
